SUBJECT: Approval of Community Resource Center Agreement Renewal STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the renewal of the Community Resource Center Agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) is requesting to renew a 5-year license agreement to designate the Rohner Park Firemens Pavilion as a Community Resource Center (CRC) during situations that are deemed an “Emergency Event” or Public Safety Power Shut-Off (PSPS).
