Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and led the flag salute. ROLL CALL: Council Member Conley - Absent, Council Member Diaz - Present, Council Member Stevens - Present, Mayor Pro Tem Trent - Present, Mayor Johnson - Present Mayor Johnson called for any modifications to the agenda, and City Manager, Amy Nilsen removed City Council Business Item A, to return at a Council meeting in May.
