SUBJECT: Review and Approve Mayor’s Recommendation of Appointee to the Planning Commission
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Review the application for the Planning Commission and consider approving the Mayor’s recommendation for appointment.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Planning Commission:
One (1) of the seven (7) seats on the Planning Commission is vacant and one (1) Alternate seat.
The City received one application:
• Rebecca Moore
The terms of office for Planning Commissioners are four (4) year terms, but the current vacancy is to fill the term of a seat that was vacated by a prior commissioner, which means if approved, Rebecca Moore’s appointment will expire on December 31, 2028.
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION:
Motion to Approve Mayors’ Appointment to the Planning Commission. Consent Agenda vote.
