Community Development Director/City Engineer Brendan Byrd provided a staff report on repealing and replacing Title 15, Building and Construction. PUBLIC COMMENT: There being no public comment, Mayor Pro Tem Trent closed the public comment section. CITY COUNCIL ACTION: Council Member Conley moved, seconded by Council Member Diaz, to conduct the second reading and adopt Ordinance 2026-787, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Fortuna Repealing and Replacing Title 15 – Buildings and Construction; Division I. Generally; Chapter 15.10, Building Code of The Fortuna Municipal Code and read by title only. Roll Call vote.
