A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $123,286 TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 003-0534-451-4251 IN FY 2023-2024 FOR YOUTH CAMPS CONTRACT
SERVICES
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a budget appropriation of $63,200 towards Youth Camps Contracts Services (003-0534-451-4251) in Fiscal Year 2023-2024; and WHEREAS, there has been a significant increase in demand for enrichment contract services as well increased seasonal camp-related costs, such that the forecast upon which the Youth Camps services budget was based has been exceeded; and WHEREAS, incoming Youth Camp program revenue is more than adequate to cover the cost of these additional contract expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby authorize a supplemental appropriation of $123,286 in Fiscal Year 2023- 2024 to account number 003-0534-451-4251 for Youth Camps Contracts Services.
