CHANGE REQUESTED BY: Cagwin & Dorward LLC. and City of Foster City Based on mutual agreement, Cagwin & Dorward LLC and City of Foster City agree to amend the original Agreement dated February 8th, 2023. (“Agreement”) pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement to add additional work for specified amounts, which are identified as follows:
ORIGINAL AGREEMENT AMOUNT $49,050.00
AMOUNT OF AMENDMENT NO.1 $21,300.00
REVISED AGREEMENT AMOUNT $71,350.00
Additional work included in the contract amendment shall be as follows:
Task #1 Install New Drain Line
1. Install 4” drain line from channel
drain at new sidewalk to drain inlet
at street.
2. Backfill with Drain Rock
3. Reinstall soil and repair turf
$5,240.00
Task #2 Furnish and Install Amended top
soil where necessary to bring
grade within 3” of final grade
$3,450.00
Task #3 Furnish and Install Compost
1. Install 10 cubic yards of compost in
area north of new walkway.
2. Rototill and grade
$6,250.00
Task #4 Install new irrigation.
1. Furnish and install new lateral
irrigation line with eleven (11)
Rainbird 1806 sprinkler heads and
tie into existing line.
2. Install eleven (11) Hunter MPR
nozzles.
$6,360.00
Subtotal $21,300.00

Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions in the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
Cagwin & Dorward LLC. have given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, to provide all equipment, furnish all materials as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment for the prices shown above.
