NOTICE OF COMPLETION
ROOF REPLACEMENTS AT CITY BUILDINGS PROJECT (CIP 301-693)
CITY OF FOSTER CITY/ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that California Roofing Company, Inc. entered into a contract dated the 17t day of July 2023 for the construction of certain improvements in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California. Said construction is known as the Roof Replacements at City Buildings Project (CIP 301-693) and consists of the repair and/or replacement of six (6) City building roofs: Parks Key Room, Public Works Workshops, Lagoon Pump Station Building (lower roof, Vehicle Maintenance Building (upper roof, Police Station, and The Vibe/Teen Center.
That said work is located in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California, and was completed on the 1gth day of October 2023.
That acceptance of said work was ordered by resolution of the City of Foster City adopted on the 18t day of December 2023.
That the name and bond number of the surety of the contractor's bond for Labor and Materials on said project is Everest Reinsurance Company and Labor and Material Bond No.
ES00015060.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals required to undertake and complete the Roof Replacements at City Buildings Project (CIP 301-693), all in accordance with the contract documents as required by the City of Foster City and more particularly described in the agreement approved by the City Council of the City of Foster City pursuant to City Resolution No. 2023-80 adopted on the 17 of July 2023, subject to reservation of all City rights arising from the contract documents and further, any defective workmanship and/or materials not observed during construction being thereafter discovered and known to the City. 12/8/2023 Yaus
