Resolution for ceasefire in Gaza and release of hostages The situation in Gaza has reached a level of great human tragedy and is about to get worse. More than a million and a half innocent Palestinian civilians have been displaced and do not have access to food, water, shelter, and healthcare which threatens and risks the lives of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. The families of the hostages in Israel have been under extreme anxiety and stress and have been longing for the release of their loved ones. . I'm requesting this item to be agendized to consider a resolution calling on our congressional representatives and the Biden administration to call for a ceasefire, release of all hostages and arrange for entry and delivery of all the required humanitarian aid to Gaza.
