A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE AMENDED FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council also wishes to amend the Pay Plan for the part-time classifications of the City to accommodate the new City of Foster City minimum wage rate of $17.00 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Foster City must amend the current Pay Plan in order for the pay ranges to become effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Foster City that the Amended Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Pay Plan, Exhibit A, is hereby adopted effective January 1, 2024.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the Regular Meeting held on the 16th day of January 2024, by the following vote:
