A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE AMENDED FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 PAY PLAN EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors also wishes to amend the Pay Plan for the part- time classifications of the District to accommodate the new City of Foster City minimum wage rate of $17.00 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District must amend the current Pay Plan in order for the pay ranges to become effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District that the Amended Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Pay Plan, Exhibit A, is hereby adopted effective January 1, 2024.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the Regular Meeting held on the 16 th day of January 2024, by the following vote:
