A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
AUTHORIZING AN ANNUAL SCOPE OF WORK WITH URBAN INSIGHT FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR CALOPPS.ORG IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $30,000 AND AUTHORIZING AN UPDATED MASTER SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH URBAN INSIGHT FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR CALOPPS.ORG
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, City staff has been working with Urban Insight Inc. to develop code for the City-run shared-services website www.calopps.org since 2015; and WHEREAS, City staff is requesting to continue this relationship by extending the Scope of Work through December 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Master Services Agreement with Urban Insight also needs to be updated to comply with the City’s purchasing policy; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Calopps Operating Budget (114- 1210-415-4248);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby authorize an annual scope of work with Urban Insight for website development services for Calopps.org in an amount not to exceed $30,000 and authorizes an updated Master Services Agreement with Urban Insight for website development services for Calopps.org.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 2024, by the following vote:
