NOTICE OF COMPLETION
SYNTHETIC TURF RESURFACING PROJECT SEA CLOUD PARK 84 (CIP 301-709)
CITI OF FOSTER CITY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FieldTurf USA, Inc. entered into a contract dated the 22nd day of May 2023 for the construction of certain improvements in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California. Said construction is known as the Synthetic Turf Resurfacing Project Sea Cloud Park S4 (CIP 301-709) and consists of the repair of the pad below the field, removal and installation of turf and infill at the S4 field in Sea Cloud Park.
That said work is located in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California, and was completed on the 31 st day of December 2023.
That acceptance of said work was ordered by resolution of the City of Foster City adopted on the 20'h day of February 2024.
That the name and bond number of the surety of the contractor's bond for Labor and Materials on said project is Federal Insurance Company and Labor and Material Bond No.
K41 74104.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals required to undertake and complete the Synthetic Turf Resurfacing Project Sea Cloud Park 54 (CIP 301-709), all in accordance with the contract documents as required by the City of Foster City and more particularly described in the agreement approved by the City Council of the City of Foster City pursuant to City Resolution No. 2023-47 adopted on the 22nd of May 2023, subject to reservation of all City rights arising from the contract documents and further, any defective workmanship and/or materials not observed during construction being thereaffer discovered and known to the City.
