A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH NEUMERIC
TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION FOR
CALOPPS.ORG DRUPAL UPGRADE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $216,530
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, The City of Foster City owns and operates CalOpps, an online public sector job posting board and applicant tracking system; and WHEREAS, access to Calopps is sold to California agencies as a subscription, allowing other public agencies to use the system for job advertising and applicant tracking; and
WHEREAS, a significant upgrade is required related to the web application framework that CalOpps runs on, called Drupal 7; and
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Drupal Upgrade Consulting Services was released in April 2023; and
WHEREAS, based on the completeness of the proposals, answers provided in the interviews, reference checks, and price, the proposal from Neumeric Technologies Corporation, a California Corporation was chosen as the recommended vendor ; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Calopps Fund (#114).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Neumeric Technologies Corporation, a California Corporation, dated April 1, 2024, for Drupal Upgrade Consulting Services in an amount not to exceed $216,530.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 2024, by the following vote:
