A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH AVERO LLC FOR
THE PREPARATION OF AN IT STRATEGIC PLAN IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $59,617
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, technology has become increasingly important to the delivery of City services; and
WHEREAS, The IT Strategic Plan (ITSP) will provide a coordinated, prioritized, multi-year, City-wide set of goals that can be used as a roadmap for the City’s IT Division; and
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Consulting Services to Prepare an IT Strategic Plan was released in April 2023 and competitive bids were received; and WHEREAS, based on the completeness of the proposals, answers provided in the interviews, reference checks, and price, the proposal from Avero LLC was chosen as the recommended vendor; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Information Technology Internal Services Fund (#504).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Avero LLC, dated April 1, 2024, for Preparation of an IT Strategic Plan in an amount not to exceed $59,617.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 2024, by the following vote:
