SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF TWO MEMBERS TO NEW FULL TERMS ON
THE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council interview and by resolution, appoint two (2) members to new full terms from June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2028 on the Planning Commission. With this appointment, the Planning Commission will have a full complement.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A notice of vacancy to fill the new full term on the Planning Commission was advertised in the local newspapers, posted on social media, and displayed on the City’s website, FCTV, and the marquee for five (5) weeks. Five (5) residents submitted their applications by the established deadline.
The following five residents (listed in alphabetical order) are to be considered tonight:
1. Ajay Godbole
2. Nicolas Haddad
3. Ravi Jagtiani
4. Shivangini Patil
5. Jordan Pisarcik
Nicolas Haddad and Ravi Jagtiani currently serve on the Planning Commission and are both eligible to serve a second term.
