A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE JUNE 2022 AGREEMENT WITH GRANICUS, LLC TO RENEW THE CITY’S SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE PRIMEGOV AGENDA AND MEETING VIDEO MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE THROUGH JUNE 14, 2025 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $26,433.55, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO SIGN THE CURRENT AND FUTURE RENEWAL AMENDMENTS TO THE
ORIGINAL AGREEMENT
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, Foster City requires an Agenda Management Software Solution to help compile and publish agendas; and
WHEREAS, the City signed an Agreement to subscribe to the cloud-based software PrimeGov in June 2022; and,
WHEREAS, the subscription is now up for renewal via an amendment to the original agreement, which will make the total amount of the agreement exceed $50,000; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Information Technology Maintenance Fund (504-0160-419-4246).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby approve an amendment to the June 2022 agreement with Granicus, LLC to renew the City's subscription for the PrimeGov agenda and meeting video management software through June 14, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $26,433.55, and authorizing the City Manager to sign the current and future renewal amendments to the original agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, 2024, by the following vote:
