RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY APPROVING TASK ORDER CSG-2024-02 WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR ON-
CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND TEMPORARY STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 FOR CITY PROJECTS AND FINDING THAT
THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) GUIDELINES §15061(B)(3))
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2022, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2022-87 approving a Master Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with CSG Consultants for on-call work as needed; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Division is onboarding three new engineers and one senior engineering technician; and
WHEREAS, CSG Consultants, Inc. has been providing general staff augmentation services through the Master Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement since August 1, 2022 and has demonstrated that it is well qualified to perform the work necessary to support the department; and
WHEREAS, Task Order CSG-2024-02 will provide on-call professional engineering and temporary staff augmentation services to support the delivery of the City’s Capital Improvement Program, building permit review, assistance with the stormwater program and preparation of the NPDES annual report, and other services as needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City approves Task Order CSG-2024-02 with CSG Consultants, Inc. for on-call professional engineering and temporary staff augmentation services in the amount of $100,000 for City projects.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 5th day of August, 2024, by the following vote:
