A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME), COUNCIL 57, LOCAL 829, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 9, 2024
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829 have met in good faith and agreed upon a three-year memorandum of understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District does hereby
1) approve effective September 9, 2024, the Memorandum of Understanding for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829, for the period September 9, 2024, through September 8, 2027, and
2) authorize additional appropriations totaling $200,863 in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 for the following funds as noted below

3) authorize the Finance Director to further allocate the above amounts to the applicable account objects within these Funds.
