A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE CARRYOVER OF VARIOUS UNSPENT FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET LINE ITEMS AS SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATIONS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 BUDGET
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, due to various circumstances and conditions, District staff was unable to complete various FY 2023-24 tasks and projects and/or these work plan items needed to be extended into FY 2024-25; and
WHEREAS, this resulted in unspent FY 2023-24 budget appropriations associated with these work plan items that District staff is requesting to be carried over to FY 2024-25 (as enumerated in Exhibit A) so that they may be completed in the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has reviewed and evaluated the proposed FY 2023-24 budget carryovers to FY 2024-25 that was submitted and recommended by the District Manager; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District that the carryover of various unspent FY 2023-24 budget line items as enumerated in Exhibit A is hereby approved as supplemental appropriations to the FY 2024-25 budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the regular meeting held on the 19 th day of August 2024, by the following vote:
