Change Requested By: City of Foster City and Julio’s Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Based on mutual agreement, Julio’s Cleaning and Maintenance Service and the City of Foster City agree to amend the Vendor Agreement dated September 3, 2024, (“Agreement”) pursuant to Section 4 of the Agreement to amend the Scope of Work identified in Exhibit A to remove services for the permanent Recreation Center facility and add services relating to the Recreation Center temporary facilities and adjusting the compensation accordingly as described more fully below.
ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT not to exceed $348,184 annually Amended work at agreed prices:
a.Starting October 1, 2024, reduce the scope of cleaning of the current Recreation Center to include the occupied areas only, and reduce the monthly contract amount from $6,126 per month to $1,350 per month until current Recreation Center is vacated and written notice is given by the City to discontinue services in the current facility; and
b.Upon receipt of written notice to discontinue services at the current Recreation Center, the cleaning services for current Recreation Center shall cease and thereafter be removed from Agreement scope of work; and c.Upon receipt of written notice to discontinue services at the current Recreation Center cleaning services for Recreation Center temporary modular facilities at a cost of $1,350 per month shall commence and thereafter be added to the Agreement scope of work.
NET AMOUNT OF CHANGE ($57,312) annually
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT not to exceed $290,872 annually Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions in the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
Julio’s Cleaning and Maintenance Service has given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agrees, if this amendment is approved, to provide all equipment, 2 6

furnish all materials except as may otherwise be noted above, and to perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment therefor the prices shown above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Foster City and have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement, which shall be effective as of October 7, 2024, regardless of when it is executed.
