Based on mutual agreement, the following work is hereby included in the Agreement dated February 1, 2021 (“Agreement” or “Contract”) and pursuant to Section 18 of the Agreement to add additional work for specified amounts, which are identified as follows:

Additional work and budget adjustments included in this Contract Amendment No. 3:
Task 2 – Prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates
1. Rate Increase – Project was put on hold by EMID and then subsequently redesigned and re-bid. BKF’s hourly rate has gone up approximately 21% since the agreement was signed in 2021.
2. Geotechnical Services – As part of CA #2, geotechnical services were added to the scope of design. Services are expected to continue into construction.
3. Additional Submittal, RFI & PCO Support - Additional hours for support of expected submittals, Requests for Information $

BKF Engineers have given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, to provide all equipment, furnish all materials except as may otherwise be noted above, and to perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
