Mission Statement: The Foster City Youth Advisory Committee shall exist as a citizens’ group to advise and respond to the City Council in all matters related to the needs of the youth in Foster City and to promote teen involvement in the community.
Our Goals for 2025 are:
To continue to be leaders for the teens in the community To enhance individual member’s personal skills in leadership and in service
To continue to serve charitable organizations
Organize a special event for individuals with special needs to promote a sense of inclusion and belonging.
Host a Stress Buster event to reduce anxiety during finals season and foster a sense of community among local high school students.
