CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MONTHLY REPORT (CIP 301-678)
at the end of the month, following initial grout strength results. • BHM made progress on stormwater management, including CCTV of the existing 54" Storm Drain system running through the project site and a review of the dewatering plan by project QSP. • BHM coordination and preparation of underground electrical conduits, water piping, and storm drainage systems progressed as planned.
• Set up for site temporary power including trenching and preparation for transformer installation, with pre-construction meetings held this month with PG&E to align schedules and requirements. The concrete pads for temporary power equipment have been placed. • Demolition of existing stormwater infrastructure and asbestos pipe removal were completed with appropriate safety measures.
• Bioswale excavation and related grading work continued by BHM Civil. • Expansion of site fencing to include future work at the Bocce court area.

Construction Activities Planned for February 2025
• BHM will begin full production pile installation after successful test pile evaluations (production piles estimated 15-18 days to complete).
• BHM is working with their subcontractors to finalize structural steel shop drawings and initiate fabrication in the coming months.
• BHM will continue bioswale excavation, grading, and underground utilities.

Temporary power infrastructure installation to proceed, with PG&E connections expected. • Mockups of building materials will be prepared on-site for review and approval. • Maintain coordination with subcontractors and engineers to streamline procurement and resolve outstanding RFls.
• A pre-construction meeting is scheduled with the City's Building Inspectors to streamline the inspections and discuss the project schedule.

Key Challenges:
• Cost exposure from additional unforeseen conditions such as asbestos piping and utility concrete encasement.
• Review of existing soil conditions by Romig as it pertains to the compaction of high moisture subgrade for utility trenches.
• RFI and Submittal resolution, ensuring timely review and approval of structural steel RFIs and submittals remains critical to avoid delays in upcoming milestones.
