General Fund - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This analysis projects fund balance levels over the 15-year period to determine:
(A) - That there are sufficient funds to meet cash flow requirements in future years (B) - The extent to which excess cash is being reserved FOOTNOTES:
(1) - Beginning Fund Balance is comprised of the following based on the Mid-Year Financial Review:

Measure A 2,624,362
Gas Tax 617,910
Measure M 124,100
SB1 1,512,925
Measure W 381,449
Total 5,260,746
(2) - Non-General Fund Revenues are forecasted using prior acutals inflated by the average growth rate, while Impact Fees are estimated using conservatively probable development schedules. (3) - There is no separate minimum fund balance reserve established by City Council policy regarding streets related projects. The City has a $2 million minimum Capital Investment Fund Balance reserve for emergency contingencies.
