This strategy identifies the average annual cash flow requirements for funding asset replacement over a 15-year forecast. (1) The District and the City of San Mateo are undertaking the rehabilitation of its jointly owned wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) located in San Mateo. Under the terms of the Joint Powers Agreement, EMID is responsible for 24.12% and the City of San Mateo is responsible for 75.88% of the WWTP costs. The estimated District apportionment of total project cost is $163.3 million through FY 2025-26.
