Note 1:

Note 2: No change in Department space allocation, see General Note.

Note 3:

Note 4:

Note 5:

Note 6: Formula error in previous year resulted in undercharging which is being corrected.

Note 7: Administrative Services has moved to the former Fire Department Administration spaces, which are slightly larger than their previous space.

Department Charged (Receiving
Goods/Services)
General Note: Due to the overall change in building square footage due to the Fire Department Administration move from City Hall and the demolition of the Recreation Center, the overall cost of building maintenance activities has a higher than usual effect on the distribution of costs among Departments At the time of budget preparation, the space formerly occupied by Administrative Services Division was unassigned and is therefore accounted for in the City Manager Department budget.

Recreation Center was reduced from 26,000 to 4,800 (temporary size) during demolition and construction and will be readjusted when new Recreation Center is occupied.

Fire Department Administration has moved from City Hall second floor, reducing the Fire JPA share of the building maintenance costs
Public Works Engineering reabsorbed one office space when Fire Department Administration moved from City Hall second floor.
