A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE AMERICAN
FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME), COUNCIL 57, LOCAL 829
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829 have met in good faith and agreed upon a four-year, two-month memorandum of understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby approve effective April 1, 2025, the Memorandum of Understanding for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829, for the period April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, as referenced in Attachment 3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 7th of April 2025 by the following vote:
