CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. ONE (1)

CHANGE REQUESTED BY: Pen Media, LLC and City of Foster City Based on mutual agreement, the term shall be extended and the following work is hereby included in the Agreement dated March 21, 2022 (“Agreement” or “Contract”) between Pen Media, LLC and the City of Foster City (“City”) and pursuant to Section 18 of the Agreement to add additional work for specified amounts, which are identified as follows:
ORIGINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT $ 105,000
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. ONE (1) $ 35,000
TOTAL REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $140,000.00
The City and Pen Media, LLC agree that section 2 of the Agreement (Term) shall be extended another year for the period of May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 for an amount not to exceed $35,000.

Extension of Contract
1. Meeting Coverage:
275 meeting hours per year Includes city council, planning commission, special meetings taking place in the council chambers, and updates for the channel / guide.
May 2025 - April 2026 - $28,884 ($2,407 / Month) additional hours at $105 / hour
2. Engineering Maintenance
Maintenance work on the production system by Pen Media
Engineer. 1 hour minimum. 2025 / 2026 - Engineering
Maintenance @ $165 Hour.
3. May 2025 - April 2026 - additional hours at $105

Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions in the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
Pen Media have given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, to provide all equipment, furnish all materials except as may otherwise be noted above, and to perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
