A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (AFSCME), COUNCIL 57, LOCAL 829
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829 have met in good faith and agreed upon a four-year, two-month memorandum of understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District does hereby approve effective April 1, 2025, the Memorandum of Understanding for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Council 57, Local 829, for the period April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029, as referenced in Attachment 3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the Regular Meeting held on the 7th day of April, 2025, by the following vote:
