A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
APPROVING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PLAN FOR CITY OF FOSTER CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2025
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to update the Compensation and Benefits Plan for City of Foster City Management Employees, and WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director under guidance of the City Manager has reviewed and updated the Compensation and Benefits Plan based on the direction given by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to adopt the new Compensation and Benefit Plan to continue with recruitment and retention of City staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby approve the revised Compensation and Benefit Plan for City of Foster City Management Employees, effective May 1, 2025.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the Regular Meeting held on the 5th day of May 2025, by the following vote:
