A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
PLAN FOR THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2025
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has directed staff to update the Compensation and Benefits Plan for Estero Municipal Improvement District Management Employees, and
WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director under the guidance of the District Manager has reviewed and updated the Compensation and Benefits Plan based on the direction given by the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors wishes to adopt the new Compensation and Benefits Plan to continue with the recruitment and retention of District staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District does hereby approve the revised Compensation and Benefits Plan for Estero Municipal Improvement District Management Employees, effective May 1, 2025.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the Regular Meeting held on the 5 th day of May 2025, by the following vote:
