A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADDING THE JOB CLASSIFICATIONS OF CROSS-
CONNECTION CONTROL SPECIALIST AND HOUSING AND SUSTAINABILITY
MANAGER
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the District has adopted a classification plan of job class titles with associated distinguishing characteristics, examples of duties, statements of desired knowledge, skills and abilities and minimum qualifications for each class; and WHEREAS, there is a need to periodically evaluate and revise the requirements of those classes; and
WHEREAS, the District Manager, in consultation with the Administrative Services Director, Director of Public Works and Community Development Director have determined a need for the job classifications of Cross-Connection Control Specialist and Housing and Sustainability Manager; and
WHEREAS, these job classifications require adoption by the Board of Directors in order to fill the positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District does hereby approve the addition of the Cross- Connection Control Specialist and Housing and Sustainability Manager job classifications attached as Exhibit A effective July 1, 2025.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the regular meeting held on the 4th day of August 2025, by the following vote:
