NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WATER TANKS AND FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP 405-660)
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manito Construction, Inc. entered into a contract dated the 6th day of November 2023 for the construction of certain improvements in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California. Said construction is known as the Water Tanks and Facilities Improvement Project (CIP 405-660) and consists of various maintenance and improvements on EMID’s water storage tanks and water booster pump station, and the installation of an automatic flushing device on Baffin Street.
That said work is located in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California, and was completed on the 23rd day of June 2025.
That acceptance of said work was ordered by resolution of the Estero Municipal Improvement District adopted on the 4th day of August 2025.
That the name and bond number of the surety of the contractor's bond for Labor and Materials on said project is Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America and Labor and Material Bond No. 107917266.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals required to undertake and complete the Water Tanks and Facilities Improvement Project (CIP 405-660), all in accordance with the contract documents as required by the City of Foster City and more particularly described in the agreement approved by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District pursuant to Resolution No. 3748 adopted on the 6th day of November 2023, subject to reservation of all District rights arising from the contract documents and further, any defective workmanship and/or materials not observed during construction being thereafter discovered and known to the District.
