A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE CARRYOVER OF VARIOUS UNSPENT FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 BUDGET LINE ITEMS AS SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATIONS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, due to various circumstances and conditions, District staff was unable to complete various FY 2024-25 tasks and projects and/or these work plan items needed to be extended into FY 2025-26; and
WHEREAS, this resulted in unspent FY 2024-25 budget appropriations associated with these work plan items that District staff is requesting to be carried over to FY 2025-26 (as enumerated in Exhibit A) so that they may be completed in the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the District Board has reviewed and evaluated the proposed FY 2024- 25 budget carryovers to FY 2025-26 that was submitted and recommended by the District Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District that the carryover of various unspent FY 2024-25 budget line items as enumerated in Exhibit A is hereby approved as supplemental appropriations to the FY 2025-26 budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the regular meeting held on the 2 nd day of September 2025, by the following vote:
