Based on mutual agreement, Consor PMCM, Inc. and City of Foster City / Estero Municipal Improvement District agree to amend the original Task Order No. CON-2024- 02, dated December 17, 2024 (“Original Task Order”) pursuant to Section 17 of the Master Professional Services Agreement dated August 5, 2024, to add additional work for specified amounts, which are identified as follows:

REVISED TASK ORDER AMOUNT $ 417,910
Additional work included in the contract amendment:
Additional Task
1.1 Construction Inspection -Additional 3 months (65 working days) of full-time onsite inspection to track work for compliance with contract requirements, any extra work performed, producing daily inspection reports and photos, directing corrective actions to be taken by Contractor, and review of materials and
equipment delivered to site for compliance with submittals and contract documents.
1.2 Meeting & Coordination – Additional 30 hours of work for continued weekly meeting agendas, running meeting,
producing minutes, and general project coordination during the 65 working days expected to remain.

Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions in the Task Order No. CON-2024-02 shall remain unchanged.
Consor PMCM, Inc. have given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, to provide all equipment, furnish all materials except as may otherwise be noted above, and to perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City/ Estero Municipal Improvement District and Consor PMCM, Inc. have executed this Task Order Amendment Number One, which shall be effective as of the date identified above, regardless of when it is executed .
