A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE AMENDED PAY PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025- 2026, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the Pay Plan for the part-time classifications of the City to accommodate the new City of Foster City minimum wage rate of $17.85 per hour; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Foster City must amend the current Pay Plan in order for the pay ranges to become effective.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Foster City that the amended Pay Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 is hereby adopted effective January 1, 2026.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the Regular Meeting held on the 15th day of December 2025, by the following vote:
