A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $121,000 FROM THE GENERAL PLAN MAINTENANCE FUND (FUND 128) TO ACCOUNT NO. 128-0838-419-42-51 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN
MASTER PLAN
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, funding for the development of the Foster City Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Project (BPMP) is provided through the General Plan Maintenance Fund (Fund 128); and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of funding is necessary to incorporate carryover funding from the previous fiscal year that was not included as part of a carryover request during a regular Council meeting held on August 27, 2025; and WHEREAS, grant funding in the amount of $80,000 has been secured from the TDA to offset half of the project costs and will deposited in the General Plan Maintenance Fund upon completion of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby authorize the appropriation of funding in the amount of $121,000 from the General Plan Maintenance Fund to account No. 128-0838-419-42-51 for the development of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
