A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
AUTHORIZING PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR THE FOSTER CITY COMMUNITY CENTER REBUILD PROJECT (CIP 301-678) IN THE AMOUNT OF $121,818 FROM INSIDESOURCE
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the Community Center Rebuild Project (CIP 301-678) requires the purchase of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to support full and successful operation of the new facility upon opening; and
WHEREAS, staff recommend proceeding with the procurement of office and workstation furniture at a total cost of $121,818 to meet production and delivery timelines aligned with the timely opening of the new Community Center; and WHEREAS, the total cost of these purchases is within the Project’s approved FF&E budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City hereby approves the purchase of office and workstation furniture for the Community Center Rebuild Project (CIP 301-678) in the amount of $121,818 from Insidesource.
