Detailed Analysis
FY2026-27 FY2027-28
Replacement of the 24-inch expansion joint for LS59, three 35-HP pumps (including motors) for LS59, and the CCTV van video/electronic equipment has been deferred by approximately 2–8 years. Replacement funding for the tank gauge and leak detection monitor is no longer required; therefore, the existing fund balance has been reallocated to other eligible items within the ERF schedule. The Pool A pump is fully funded, and the funding cycle has been restarted with a reduced annual allocation.

The Air Scrubber/Blower, CY Gym Equipment, various lift station pumps, and a mag meter are fully funded and are entering a new replacement funding cycle with lower annual allocations. However, the replacement schedule for other lift station pumps has been accelerated from 2 to 8 years, resulting in an offsetting decrease in the overall annual allocation.
