Foster City Community Center Facility Rates
Standard Rate: Applies to private individuals or organizations hosting personal or community-based events that are not revenue-generating and do not qualify for the non-profit rate. Residency status determines the applicable rate.
Non-Profit Rate: Applies to verified 501(c)(3) organizations hosting mission-based, community-serving activities. Proof of tax- exempt status may be required. Residency status determines the applicable rate.
Commercial Rate: Applies to for-profit businesses or any revenue-generating activity, including ticketed events, paid classes, workshops, or product sales. Residency status determines the applicable rate.

Advance Booking Window

Rental time must include all setup, event time, and cleanup. Accessto the facility will only be permitted during the reserved rental period.
For priority booking, Lagoon Event Hall Packages may be reserved up to 12 months in advance for residents and 10 months in advance for non-residents.
