Based on mutual agreement, Fehr and Peers and the City of Foster City agree to amend the Professional Services Agreement dated March 17, 2025 (“Agreement”) pursuant to Section 4 of the Agreement to amend the Scope of Work identified in Exhibit A to add services relating to the Foster City Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and adjusting the compensation accordingly as described more fully below.

Additional work included in this Contract Amendment No. 3:
Task 1: Project Management and Work Plan
1. Additional monthly meetings, project coordination, and invoicing required as part of the project schedule extension of five (5) months $ 8,145
Task 3: Public Outreach – Additional City Council and Traffic Review Committee Meeting
1. One (1) additional presentation to City Council including materials, attendance, delivery of presentation, and incorporation of meeting feedback
2. One (1) additional Traffic Review Committee Meeting including materials, attendance, and delivery of presentation, and incorporation of meeting feedback

1. Additional time spent on the priority project concepts and responses to City comments

Except as specifically modified herein, all other terms and provisions in the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
Fehr & Peers have given careful consideration to the work proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, to provide all equipment, furnish all materials except as may otherwise be noted above, and to perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and to accept as full payment therefore the prices shown above. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Foster City and have executed this Amendment Number Three (3) to the Agreement, which shall be effective as of April 20, 2026, regardless of when it is executed.
