FY 26/27 changes:
1. Port, Starboard, Sail, Conference rooms increased.
2. Three-hour minimum rental requirement added for Port, Starboard, Sail and Conference rooms for weekend rentals.
3. Wind Room rates increased.
4. Non-residents charged additional 25% over resident rate for hourly fees (consistent with the practice for park rentals).
5. Custodial fee changed to apply to groups over 50 attendees or events serving alcohol.
6. Addition of commercial rental rates ( ~+25%) and established a non-resident non profit rate structure. Annex non-profit rates are intentionally set lower than The VIBE and FCCC to support community access.

Foster City Park Sports Fields Rental Rates
All sports camps, clinics, tournaments, and field use at City-managed parks require authorization from the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department. Approved users must be a Priority User Group or an authorized contract instructor.
Camps/Clinics: (Priority user groups and affiliates): 20% of participant registration fees paid to the City.

Citywide Special Event Fees
The goal of Special Event Fees is full cost recovery of events, while encouraging and supporting events that help promote a sense of community, enrich Foster City's culture and support the City's philosophy of inclusiveness and other values, by helping organizers A) lower costs and B) eliminate process burden and bureaucracy, where possible, without adding risks/unintended consequences.
