A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOSTER CITY
APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE FOSTER CITY POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (FCPOA), EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 TO JUNE 30, 2029
CITY OF FOSTER CITY
WHEREAS, the City and the Foster City Police Officers Association (FCPOA) have met and conferred in good faith and agreed upon a three-year memorandum of understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foster City does hereby approve effective July 1, 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding for the Foster City Police Officers Association (FCPOA), for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the City Council of the City of Foster City at the regular meeting held on the 1st day of June 2026 by the following vote:
