A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR THE FOSTER CITY POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (FCPOA) EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 TO JUNE 30, 2029
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the District and the Foster City Police Officers Association (FCPOA) have met and conferred in good faith and agreed upon a three-year memorandum of understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal District does hereby approve the Memorandum of Understanding for the Foster City Police Officers Association (FCPOA) effective July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal District at the regular meeting held on the 1st day of June 2026, by the following vote:
