A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTERO MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADDING THE NEW JOB DESCRIPTION OF RECREATION
SPECALIST AND APPROVING REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE
COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST AND SENIOR BUILDING INSPECTOR
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Estero Municipal Improvement District has adopted a classification plan of job class titles with associated distinguishing characteristics, examples of duties, statements of desired knowledge, skills and abilities and minimum qualifications for each class; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to periodically evaluate and revise the requirements of those classes; and
WHEREAS, the District Manager, in consultation with the Administrative Services, Parks and Recreation and Community Development Directors have determined a need for the job classification of Recreation Specialist and revised job descriptions for the Communications Specialist and Senior Building Inspector; and WHEREAS, these job classifications require adoption by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District in order to fill the positions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District does hereby approve the new job description for the Recreation Specialist and the revised job descriptions for the Communication Specialist and Senior Building Inspector.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District at the Regular Meeting held on the 15th day of June 2026, by the following vote:
