NOTICE OF COMPLETION
LIFT ST ATION 59 EFFLUENT LINE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CIP 455-695)
ESTERO MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Performance Mechanical, Inc. entered into a contract dated the 7th day of October 2024 for the construction of certain improvements in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California.
Said construction is known as the Lift Station 59 Effluent Line Improvements Project (CIP 455-695) and consists of various improvements intended to provide Pump Station 59, the City'sfinal and largest capacity liftstation, with enhanced operational flexibility,flowmeasurementaccuracyandreliability,and redundancyduring repairs.
That said work is located in the City of Foster City, situated in San Mateo County, California, and was completed on the 29'h day of May 2026.
That acceptance of said work was ordered by resolution of the Estero Municipal Improvement District adopted on the 3rd day of August 2026.
Thatthe name and bond number of the surety of the contractor's bond for Labor and Materials on said project is Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America and Laborand Material Bond No. 10813034'l.
That said work and improvements consisted of the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals required to undertake and complete the Lift Station 59 Effluent Line Improvements Project (CIP 455-695), all in accordance with the contract documents as required by the City of Foster City and more particularly described in the agreement approved by the Board of Directors of the Estero Municipal Improvement District pursuant to Resolution No. 3778 adopted on the 7th day of October 2024, subject to reservation of all District rights arising from the contract documents and further, any defective workmanship and/or materials not observed during construction being thereafter discovered and known to the District.
