City Manager Rob Houston informed the public and the City Council that the new ERP system was up and being tested by staff and that the contract with City Net had just started for their community outreach and engagement.

Certificate of Appreciation presentation to Rob Houston, City Manager. Mayor Harper presented City Manager Rob Houston with a Certificate of Appreciation for all of his hard work. Each council member thanked Rob for his work and dedication to the city and wished him luck as the new City Manager for the City of Orange.
