FVY-E32 responded to a commercial structure fire. Upon arrival, "Ward IC" assigned FVY-E32 to make access to the building on the "Charlie Side", check for fire extension and supply the fire department connection. FVY-E32 forced entry into the "Charlie Side" through the entry door on the "Bravo Side" of the building. FVY-E32 advised "Ward IC" that the fire department connection was on the "Alpha Side" of the building and to reassign that assignment to FVY-E31. FVY-E32 entered the warehouse area, observed no fire extension and light smoke emitting from the second level office area, FVY- E32 performed a primary search and did not observed victims inside the warehouse area. FVY-E32 deployed a 1 3/4 hose line to the second level office area and assisted with extinguishing the fire. "Ward IC" made FVY-E32. "Division Charlie" and assigned HTB-E41 to "Division Charlie". "Division Charlie" assigned HTB-E41 to force entry into the two adjacent units, check for fire extension and perform a primary search. HTB-E41 reported that there was no fire extension and no victims were located inside the two adjacent units. "Division Charlie" assigns HTB-E41 to perform a secondary search in the two adjacent units and fire unit. HTB-E41 reported that no victims located inside of all units. "Division Charlie" assigned FVY-32 crew and HTB-E41 to rehab. "Division Charlie" assisted the fire unit tenants with removing a vehicle from the warehouse.

FVY-T31 responded to a reported commercial structure fire. Upon arrival we were assigned Ventilation Group by Ward Command with the objective of vertical ventilation. COS-T84 was assigned to Ventilation Group when they arrived on scene.

FVY-T31 crew threw one ground ladder and the aerial ladder then ascended to the roof. Division A fire attack reported heavy smoke on the second floor Two skylights were cut to attempt vertical ventilation, however minimal smoke was produced from those holes. Two additional ventilation holes were cut closer to the A-D corner, and smoke was relieved from the second story. COS-T84 managed the two blowers at the front doors. After descending from the roof, we shut down the electricity at the main and confirmed with the building owner that there was no natural gas supplied to the building. FVY- T31 crew then assisted Division A with salvage inside the building. After the investigators arrived, we were released from the incident by the IC.

FVY-B3, FVY-E31, FVY-E32, FVY-T31, and HTB-E43 responded as part of a first alarm assignment to a reported commercial structure fire. FVY-E31 arrived on scene and reported a single story commercial building with moderate smoke showing from the front door of the office area. FVY-E31secured a water supply, established 2-out, set up for fire attack, and established "Ward I/C". FVY-T31 arrived on scene and was assigned Ventilation Group. HTB-E43 arrived on scene and was assigned Division Alpha with the objectives of fire attack, primary search, and extension in the office area. FVY-E32 arrived on scene and was assigned Division Charlie with the objective of checking for extension on the Charlie side. FVY-B3 arrived on scene and conducted a quick face-to-face transfer of command with FVY-E31 and upgraded the response to a working structure fire, adding COS-B8, COS-T84, and COS-E81 to the assignment. Once FVY-B3 assumed command, FVY-E31 crew was assigned to Division Alpha to assist with their tactical objectives. COS-E81 arrived on scene and was assigned RIC. A second alarm was ordered adding HTB-E41, ORCO-E66, and HTB-USAR42. FVY-T31 coordinated their ventilation efforts with Division Alpha cutting two skylights and two holes in the roof of the involved structure and also reported that electricity had been secured. Division Alpha reported heavy smoke on the second floor and were having difficulty locating the seat of the fire. A third alarm was ordered adding ORCO-E77, COS-E85, HTB-E46, HTB-T42, and HTB-B4. COS-T84 arrived and was asked to pump the FDC then was assigned to Ventilation Group. COS-B8 arrived and was made Safety Officer. HTB-E41 arrived and was assigned to Division Charlie. Division Alpha reported that they had knock down and the fire with no extension and that a primary search had been completed, but could use another crew to help with a secondary search and so they could rehab. ORCO-E66 arrived and was assigned to Division Alpha to assist. HTB-USAR42 was assigned Rehab. All third alarm units staged upon arrival then were release with the exception of HTB-T42 who was assigned to Division Alpha to assist with salvage. Utilities and a fire investigator were requested. OCRO Investigators 55 (J. Cass *714- 573-6707) & 6 arrived and started their investigation. All other unit were released with the exception of FVY-E31 & FVY- T31.
