ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUPPLEMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS
Anyone wishing to speak during Public Comments must fill out and submit a yellow speaker card.
The Measure HH Oversight Committee can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized Anyone wishing to speak on items not on tonight's agenda, may do so during Public Comments. Speakers on items scheduled for non-public hearing items will be invited to speak when those items are heard. (Three minutes per speaker)

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEM
1. Measure HH Review and Administration Session
A. Welcome and Introductions of Mayor and City Council, Measure HH Advisory Committee, and City Staff.
B. Measure HH History and Timeline.
Attorney for the City, Colin Burns provided a timeline and history of Measure HH.
C. Agenda for discussion items:
Review current status of Measure HH Revenues:
Finance Director Ryan Smith provided a status update on Measure HH revenues from inception to date, including the most recent projected revenues for FY 22-23.
Review updated 20-year plan:
Finance Director Ryan Smith presented the 20-year plan that has been updated to include the audited FY 21-22 actual revenues and expenditures.
FY 2021-22 Year End Financial Recap:
Finance Director Ryan Smith presented the audited General Fund financials for FY 21-22 and discussed options for administration of the surplus that has been realized.
The city council made recommendations as to how the surplus funds should be spent. The recommendation will come back before the City Council for formal action as requested.
Revisit Capital Reserve:
Finance Director Ryan Smith reviewed the current balance of the Capital Reserve funds and discussed the goals and objectives of the reserve.
Revisit Report Card Format:
The Schedule of Measure HH Revenues and Expenditures was presented in its current format for discussion.
The City Council provided direction that the current report card format is acceptable and needs no further action.
