Sidewalk Vending Presentation - Presented by Christine Lane - Orange County Environmental Health Division
Christine Lane provided an update on how the County treats sidewalk vending and the applicable laws, and Daniel Lopez provided the city's laws in regards to street vendors and door- to-door solicitors.

City Manager Maggie Le spoke about a planned power outage, the compost give away and the Easter Egg Hunt.
Mayor Constantine spoke about the website revamp that the city will be conducting as well as the Federal Funding the city received to have 8 intersections updated to have left hand turn protected signals.
PRESENTATIONS
• Proclamation Recognizing April as Donate Life Month - Presentation by Mayor Constantine Mayor Constantine presented the proclamation to Maria Jimenez of One Legacy. • Community Service Day - Presentation by Jynene Johnson of the Greater Huntington Beach Interfaith Council
Jynene Johnson presented the information about this year's Community Clean-up Day. Mayor Constantine presented her with a proclamation.

March 29 I attended the Asian Business Association of Small Business Development Day event at the Embassy Suites in Garden Grove.
March 30 I hosted the first Mayor's Breakfast of 2023 at the Fountain Valley Surgery Center (Fountain Valley Hospital), then met with a local developer at City Hall, attended the Measure HH Oversight Advisory Committee Meeting at City Hall, then attended the Fountain Valley Republican Assembly Meeting at HOP on Beach Blvd., in Huntington Beach.
March 31 I attended the 59th Birthday Celebration at our Black Angus.
April 1 I attended the Fountain Valley Living Magazine Patrons Party at the FV Recreation Center, then again attended the 59th Birthday Celebration at Black Angus.
April 2 I attended the FV Moms Easter Celebration & Kids Easter Egg Hunt at Plavan Elementary School.
April 3 I volunteered at the Friends of the Fountain Valley Library pulling dot books and packing them in boxes for an upcoming book sale.
April 4 I attended the FV Rotary Meeting at Founders Village Community and Senior Center. Our School Superintendent did a Safe Schools presentation.
